Christmas Party with Christy's Mommy Friends

Some pictures from the annual Christmas party with Christy's mommy friends. These girls have created a pretty remarkable bond, managing to get together almost weekly ever since they met at the hospital mommy group over 5 years ago.

Riding the Holiday Express!

We took a ride on one of the three historic steam engines owned by the city of Portland, the Southern Pacific 4449 (aka "Daylight"). The trip runs just 40 minutes (perfect for small kids with short attention spans) up and down the Willamette River near downtown Portland. We had cookies, lots of silliness, and a visit from Santa.

Thanksgiving and Christmas Tree Cutting

Thanksgiving in Aloha followed by tree hunting and cutting the next day. We had Auntie Shawn and neighbors Vince, Joe, and Jaxson over for Thanksgiving.

More Hoops for William

Some pictures from one of William's later season games. He had a great time playing basketball, always looking forward to his games. His coach was terrific too...very positive and really took a liking to Will.

Halloween...Aloha Style

Will's Basketball Team

Wolters Visit

The Wolters (good friends from Bjarke's neighborhood) took advantage of their mid-winter school break to come and visit us for a couple days. Will and Jessi loved having Vicki, Amber, and Owen to visit and play with. Vicki and James, you should be very proud...you have great kids.
